CORK COUNT CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

No Purchase Necessary. Entrants must be Canadian residents with a shipping address in Canada. Entries with P.O. Boxes will be ineligible. No person who is employed by Dirty Laundry Vineyard Ltd. or its affiliate companies and no family member of such employee shall be entitled to enter the Contest. Any person meeting all aforementioned criteria shall be deemed a valid entrant (the "Entrant"). All information provided remains the property of Dirty Laundry Vineyard Inc. and will not be shared with any third party for any reason. By filling out the form, providing  personal information and clicking “Submit” , Entrant declares that they are of legal drinking age in both British Columbia AND their province of residence. By clicking "Submit", Entrant authorizes Dirty Laundry Vineyard Inc. herein to add Entrant to their customer database and Entrant understands and gives permission to Dirty Laundry Vineyard Ltd. to email Entrant periodically with special offers and events that are directly related to the winery. Entrant can opt out of the email notification program at any time.

 

Entering and Winner Notification

 

Enter the contest by filling out the contest in the DirtyLaundryVineyard wineshop. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Potential winner will be chosen by random draw within seven (7) days from the deadline for entries and notified by email at the address provided in their entry. Upon being declared a potential winner, the Entrant will be required to provide contact phone number, proof of legal age and answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question. Upon providing the necessary information and correctly answering the skill testing question, the potential winner will be declared the winner.

 

Odds of Winning

 

The odds of winning the Contest are dependent on the number of entrants attempting to enter the Contest at any given time.

 

General

 

In the event it is impossible, difficult and/or more costly for Dirty Laundry Vineyard Ltd. to award the Prize (or portion thereof) as described in these contest rules, the contest organizers reserve the right to award a prize (or part of a prize) of similar nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the Prize (or portion thereof) in cash.

 

Liability

 

Each Entrant and any potential or declared winner releases Dirty Laundry Vineyard Ltd., their subsidiaries, respective divisions, their parent corporations, their advertising and promotional agencies, their shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (hereinafter the “Beneficiaries”) from any and all liability for any and all damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of his/her prize.

 

By entering the Contest, any Entrant is deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and regulations.
